After ten years in the restaurant business in Nebraska, Dave moved his
family to the Minneapolis area in 1985 and began his career in real estate
sales. In 1987 he joined the RE/MAX system as one of the early Pioneers
in the Twin Cities. In 1990 he saw an opportunity to open an office on
Lake Minnetonka, a suburban and recreational area in the Western
suburbs of Minneapolis. He continued to sell, opened a Title Company,
while earning Platinum or 100% Club recognition nearly every year.
In 2000, the office moved to the Lake Minnetonka Yacht Club Building,
a new facility with increadible views of the Lake.  For Dave, "It has always
been more than about the money; "   "It is about being the best!"
